“I stayed at two hotels in Aruba this time, and I really like the service and environment of this hotel. The staff are very friendly and I love it. The only drawback was that when we checked in, there were only two groups in front of us, but we had to wait for half an hour. Other than that everything is fine”

“Riu palace gave my wife and I an amazing experience. Starting off with the service to the beautiful property view from our room balcony. The pool outside was very clean and had great drinks. The neighborhood was very safe and had lots of shopping options and great clubs in a walking distance. The only thing I could say I didnt like is the facts that the rooms were a bit outdated (furniture wise) the room had a bit of a plumbing problem and mostly the light kept flickering every time we plugged……

“The music by the pool was horrible. One minute mc hammer can’t touch this, shop by salt n pepper and literally the next was old time rock and roll song blasting. Adult pool had no music whatsoever.
Staff was great and rooms were clean. Could use some updating outdoors. Great location, safe and good food. The ocean had really cool trampoline looking flotations that were amazing to lay on.”

“I loved everything about this resort. Staff extremely friendly, arranges taxi for you, happy hour at the bar by the pool, cleanliness, on the strip with all the entertainments and eateries, 2-3 min walk to Palm Beach (hotel provides transportation), numerous pools including rooftop pool for adults only with good restaurant and amazing customer service. “Omar (concierge) went above and beyond in assisting my husband and I during our visit. He was very personable, provided great dining suggestions, and very hospitable!
Our room attendant, Marta Luz, was equally wonderful! She made sure we had what we needed during our stay, and if we were moving a bit slow, she circled back around to our room. Our room always smelled and looked so clean when she serviced it.
The staff at the resort are really customer-service oriented. They are great……

“I booked the pool view room, and they gave me a room that wasn't the pool view without telling me. Then I went to the front desk to change room, it took them about half hour to change room for me. But the air conditioner in the new room was so noisy that I couldn’t open it. The hygiene of the room was very poor, and there were some yellow stains on the towels and quilt”
