“The WiFi is really bad. I can’t access to the internet while staying in the room. The hotel deliberately tries to drag you out of the room to the casino and the racetrack. When I called the front desk and complained about wifi service, all they told me is “well sir, it turns out you are in a dead spot. Sorry” This is absurd, not everyone comes here is for the casino and racetrack. I’m on a business trip, and it’s a just a stopping by.”

“the people who work at this hampton inn are so so very kind and courteous to their customers. Their shuttle service is the best ever. we have stayed there twice and will stay there from now on when attending shows or the casino when in that area. one hour from my home, so easy to find too”
