「浴缸花灑頭岀水太少，不足以淋浴。廁所出口有滲水情況嚴重。職員有發現狀況，但沒有即時按排換房服務。反而留言給我避免使用企缸。叫客人接受滲漏情況直至離開酒店。完全沒有考慮到客人需要及服務質素極差劣。需要經過投訴後才按排最後一晚才更換房間。」

「Extremely spacious and comfortable appartment. Excellent beds and not too much noise from the street, eventhough it's located in the citycentre. The appartment had a bit of a strange, musty smell, but it was not too present. Overall I would really recommend this accomdation. Good price/quality.」

「Welcome drinks gives a good first impression. Although no air conditioning, hotel offers fan for ventilation and that's okay for night temperture of below 20 degrees. Location close to city centre with lots of pubs and restaurants around.」

Only thing to note is the shower is part of the main room. It's mostly frosted, but still weird to me. I hate that, but many people won't mind. 」

However, One can get there easily through a steel bridge (which was not shown in the map) linking it to the Freeman’s Quoy Centre at the Peninsula, near the Premier Inn Durham. 「Stayed here in May on a Thursday night. Booked a room in the main hotel, after seeing reviews that some people ended up in a different building. There was a bit of faff about parking (not enough spaces for all the guests, so I had to be blocked in) but aside from that I thought it was a great room for a low price. The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable, with modern fittings. It was quiet and had a great night's sleep! Definitely exceeded my expectations.」
