“It is a very nice and beautiful place - just as described. Easy check-in and check-out. We rented it for Thanksgiving and asked for an early check-in, and the owner agreed without any issues. The only problem was the temperature. When we arrived, the thermostat was set to 51F, and it felt noticeably cold. Among us were a few elderly people, for whom the first few hours were difficult until the temperature rose to 65F. The owners should set the thermostat higher before our arrival so we wouldn't……

“House was very clean and kitchen had everything you could need. Plenty of room for a large family to enjoy. House was close to Frankfort, dunes and Traverse city.”

“We enjoyed the property it has plenty of room for me and my friends. The river had salmon hanging out at the dock and that's would I was there to do fish for salmon so it was nice to go right out to the dock to fish.”

“Stayed for a week of fishing. Hot tub was excellent. Beds were comfortable. Brunch at Rosie's. Great diner and pies. 231 for dinner. great salad, rolls and steaks. Plan to be back next year.”
