“The front desk was very accommodating, and we were grateful. Our room looked out to the pool area and there was a fun group of adults enjoying themselves. However, we had to be up quite early, and the noise level was pretty high. We made a call explaining our situation, and she not only moved us to a different room, but didn’t make us pay the extra amount for having a room facing the bay. We slept great, and truly appreciated them working with us. ”

The pool had some kind of floating in it like a bunch of diapers or something pieces. So couldn't use that, but the hot tub was nice needs to be updated. Nobody is at the desk. You have to use a phone and call them and then wait 10 to 20 minutes for them. To get there. Not really a big issue unless you're in a hurry. The breakfast is quite the joke. Very low quality and skimpy, there are Cheerios. And bran flakes, we call it wimpy White bread and some dry mini muffins, jelly……

“Beautiful hotel, right on the Bay for a spectacular view of the water in the evening and the next morning. Great breakfast bar and coffee service in lobby. Very clean room with a wonderful shower in the bath! Quiet and peaceful for a Fall overnight getaway!”
“The property was contactless, there was no concierge or visible staff. It was a strange experience, like kiosks at McDonalds except with customer service done by text message. The trip was fine, but a little unsettling if I needed something. The hotel felt lifeless. Also the Continental breakfast was just a cabinet full of snacks and no coffee or drinks. I skipped it. ”
“The resort was very accommodating. Our room had a lake view and we had easy access to the beach. Staff was friendly and our room was clean and cozy. I would definitely recommend and I will look to stay here on our next visit to Traverse City!”
