“Good location, friendly service”

“The cleanning service was concerned! The used towels were not discard, instead the staff put it back to the shelf and pretend to be a new one. bed sheet was not changed for consegative 4 days! the toliet paper was not refilled! And one day a staff kicked our door for cleaning service at 8 am, does it make sense? Besides, as flights will fly near the hotel, the noise is disturbing. The only advantage if the hotel is it is really close to metro station. ”

“I do not believe this hotel deserves a five-star rating; it should rather be classified as a three-star hotel. The concierge service was inadequate despite my booking for four nights with two rooms each night. It was perplexing why they only granted me accommodation for three nights with two rooms. Consequently, it took considerable time to reconfirm my stay for the additional night. Even though I had made these bookings months in advance, there was no apology or acknowledgment from the hotel.……

“The room is spacious and clean. Everything is well ready for use. Although the room is a bit small, it is still good to stay. The service from the front desk is perfect. The action for request is prompt and perfect provided you got the right person to handle. The roof top bar is perfectly. You will feel relaxing when taking a drink there.
