"The hotel was top notch; the rooms were luxurious, the staff were friendly and professional, and the service exceptional. The only criticism would be that the quality of the food ordered to the room (room service) was not at all up to the standards of the hotel. It was too expensive and was sub-par. "Overall, I liked the hotel. Clean, modestly outfitted. High points were complimentary Nespresso coffee at the lobby, washing machine dryer inside rooms with detergent, dishwasher and kitchenette. Swimming pool, workout gym, hot spa, and sauna room. Close to light rail trains, Chinatown/Haymarket district, and Darling Harbour. Only downsides: slow elevator and lots of elevator repair going on. "The carpet in the room was not vacuumed. Even 2 days later when we had the room cleaned it was still not vacuumed. Basically they just redo the bedspread and changed towels in the bathroom and clear the rubbish bin. However the front desk staff and the service staff in the cafe for the morning breakfast was very friendly and helpful, so it does help in making the stay in the hotel a pleasant experience. "
