"The hotel was top notch; the rooms were luxurious, the staff were friendly and professional, and the service exceptional. The only criticism would be that the quality of the food ordered to the room (room service) was not at all up to the standards of the hotel. It was too expensive and was sub-par. Overall, we had a wonderful time, and quite frankly, the hotel is one of the best in the world. We are well traveled! Thanks, S and M. "

"Excellent home base in CBD. Beautiful old hotel with very modern rooms. Great shower and amenities. Staff was so helpful and kind. Free mini fridge restocked daily with juices, waters (still and sparkling), cream, sodas! Coffee making is either with instant coffee or with a plunge pot, which was perfect. Making hotel life very easy! Another thing that I absolutely loved was the amount of lighting that was available to each room. There were overhead lights, bed lights, bathroom lights, Mini fridge, light, etc. my niece is joined me after a day and the hotel had no trouble bending to the need for more towels and drinks. I would highly Recommend this hotel. It is so close to shopping that I was able to do all the shopping areas as well as have several lovely lunches."
