“The hotel staff are friendly, easy going, and helpful. Upon check-in, they informed us of everything within the hotel as well as giving us our waters. Simple, but appreciated. At check out they called ahead for taxi service for us who promptly arrived one minute later. Our room was extremely clean and comfortable! This is a huge component for me. I love traveling and appreciate when I know rooms are clean! The hotel is only one block from the Riverwalk and we were able to walk all the way out……

“This is a hostel, not a hotel, so my rating is based on that. Don't book this expecting a hotel experience. Hotel rooms were outrageously expensive for the days I was in Chicago, so finding this saved me so much money. I stayed in a private room with a private bathroom that was immaculately clean (if a bit run down) and served my purposes wonderfully. It's in a lovely residential neighbourhood within easy walking distance to the bus and a bit longer of a walk to the El. Lots of restaurants and……
