"Great location, nice rooms and welcoming staff. Only issue was the mattress which was very soft and we were told all the mattresses were the same. If you have back issues you may want to stay elsewhere."

"Overall the stay was great, however the property felt a little run down since the last time I stayed there. Our room was clean and more spacious than I expected, but could also use some updates. The lounge provided a nice vibe and area to eat and meet for drinks, however Friday and Saturday night got very loud. "The hotel is very modern and had great views of New York City. It was a bit away from the main attractions but that was a good thing as it was much quieter and peaceful. Access to the subway is close enough too. Our only concern was the tourist taxes weren’t easily explained and our final bill was eye watering with extra taxes added for going up on the roof terrace. Check possible costs first before going up there so you are prepared and not shocked like we were. "
