Glad I did, front desk staff were friendly and attentive. Some areas were under construction but everything was clean. For the first time in years there was maid service on a daily basis. “Our recent stay with our kids was great. They loved the pool - which can be accessed 24 hours. The hot tub was not working, so that was a little disappointing. Staff were friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was decent. Hotel was very clean. ”

This time, I opted for the Junior Suite since we had had a stressful trip thus far. The room itself was great, the bed was comfortable and the room service was timely. The fireplace worked great on the cold night. The only part that I was not satisfied with was the shower. The handle was very loose, and I felt like I was going to break it. “Hotel was great! Clean and quiet. Breakfast was very good. Only one problem, we had the grandkids with us as this was our yearly holiday weekend together. Unfortunately the pool heater was not working and the pool and pool room was freezing. I got the idea that it may have been down for quite some time.I had some disappointed grandkids. But everything else was great.”
