“Exceptionally clean, wonderful location and easy communication with the management company for anything you should need. We would definitely stay again. It was a 2 min walk to the beach, beach club and several shops. We also biked a lot which the kids and adults all enjoyed (note the property comes with 2 bikes, not 4 as listed but we just walked to the bike barn down the street for additional ones). Highly recommend Scratch, the breakfast spot just down the block! ”

“I have been staying in Beechwood Villas since 2012. I really loved the location of building 5, which is one of the closest to the beach access. I was a little surprised that this unit had no washer and dryer, as most of the units do have them. Also I was surprised that there were only 4 towels to use for a 3 night stay. I would recommend bringing your own towels if you stay here.”

“We have been to Watercolor before but this house was just perfect for our family! From the beautiful house to the location - everything was just perfect!
