“This property was perfect for my sister and I to get away for the week. I loved the close and easy access to the beach, the chair and umbrella service, and being able to see the gorgeous view from the living room and balcony. We are long time visitors to 30A and have stayed at various locations throughout the years but this one has easily become our favorite thus far. We will definitely be back next year!”

“Exceptionally clean, wonderful location and easy communication with the management company for anything you should need. We would definitely stay again. It was a 2 min walk to the beach, beach club and several shops. We also biked a lot which the kids and adults all enjoyed (note the property comes with 2 bikes, not 4 as listed but we just walked to the bike barn down the street for additional ones). Highly recommend Scratch, the breakfast spot just down the block! ”

“Overall, we had an amazing trip to 30a. The condos location was great, I would have liked a shorter walk to the beach but it wasn’t too bad. We lucked out on the weather, it was hot but no rain the entire week and a nice breeze the majority of our stay. The condo needs a good clean, there were crumbs in the kitchen drawers and something spilled in one of the lower cabinets. I realize it is the end of the summer and it will get a thorough cleaning soon but it was a little disappointing. The beds……

“We had a wonderful stay for the week (Friday-Tuesday). The condo was as beautiful as advertised and the view was amazing. We could walk to Seaside for shopping (1.3 miles) and it was close to many great restaurants. The owner left a list of dining suggestions and we went to most of them.
