「This VRBO was the cleanest venue we have ever been to. Great space and good location. Host was available and easy to contact. Beach access was right across the street and a lot of shopping, restaurants nearby. I would highly recommend this place. 」

「Clean cottage. End of a gravel road. Very private and quiet (except for the croaking frogs, which is pretty great). The back of the house is a separate studio, so it is possible, but rare to spot another guest. Walk to beach is ok. Solid 5 minutes. Lots of quirky odds and ends make this place seem different than all the bland modern condos in the area. But still very clean.」

「I have been coming to Seagrove Beach for many years and have stayed at many many places. This place was, in my opinion, one of the best locations we have stayed at. The cleanliness was impeccable for a beach vacation home. The view of the ocean was breathtaking and one of the best I've ever experienced. 「Gulf Place is our favorite place to stay, and we have stayed at the Inn several times. The room was in good condition, with a good view of the Gulf, and ample supplies. The mattress needs an upgrade.This is the first time there has ever been an issue with the elevator. It wasn’t working all weekend and we were on the 4th floor, so we got a little exercise, coming and going.Hopefully, it will be fixed for the next people that stay.」

「Enjoyed great location near beach and friends. Place was as advertised - a cozy and comfortable efficiency. Work being done on the property was loud at times and covered the nice view to the pool. Bathroom and bedding were not completely clean and Wi-fi did not work upon arrival. Management company communicated well and worked to fix problems. 」
