“The place was nice but getting in and out was not. Also for a family of 10 you would think there would be 2 parking spots but there was only one. No restaurant on site was also a low. No fresh towels daily or someone to freshen up the place. I would not stay here again. ”

“We had an amazing 6 night stay at Casa Soleada. Upon arrival we were greeted by Yobany and Edith with a fresh cooked meal waiting for us. The house was in immaculate shape and even better in person than pictures. The service we had throughout our entire stay was nothing short of amazing. Continual cleaning, property maintenance and cooking. We walked the beach in both directions and determined this is the nicest and best kept single family home in the cove. The only thing worth mentioning……

“We had a 60th Birthday Celebration with a total of 6 people. Plenty of room for everyone! The grounds and housekeepers were very efficient each day, even raking the beach area each morning. Juan and Daniel carefully prepared each meal with a wide variety of dishes and nearly every meal had a fresh juice. We had total trust in them to handle the shopping for us which was so nice. They made our birthday celebration special with a traditional Mexican cake. I would suggest you take some……

“Our family of 15–ages 14 to 80–had a fabulous time at the Villa Turquesa. The home was perfect for a big family. It is well equipped, clean and comfortable. The staff is delightful and kept the place sparkling clean and in perfect working order. There is snorkel equipment and plenty of kayaks to make exploring the reef a pleasure. Our kids and grands said out of 27 years of family trips, this one rates up in the top 3! ”

“The outside of the property was beautifully built. However, as soon as we walked in the house was musty and smelled like mildew. This could be remedied by turning on the A/C and would have been fine, but we also had issues with the upstairs A/C. The A/C in the master bedroom kept turning off and would not remain on. We even had condensation from the A/C dripping down the walls and making puddles on the ground. There are three showers and you aren't able to shower more than 1 person at a time……

“Beautiful villa!! The host met us upon arrival, they responded promptly to requests, and even set up transportation for us. The villa was clean and basic necessities like towels, cooking necessities, paper towels, water, toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner were all provided. We would definitely return. Location was also close to shops and restaurants. Rooftop was beautiful and pool was clean. ”

“We loved our stay at Otonomus Tulum. The aparthotel is new and modern and tastefully decorated. We had our own private lounge pool, which was perfect to hop in for morning stretching or just to cool off. The main pool was awesome. We had it to ourselves most days/night. It's long and great for laps but also has a shalow end perfect for sitting around. They offer free bikes, and scooters and atv rentals...although we choose to walk...its 15min to the beach zone, which was perfect for us. The……

"This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room' or 'this is the general problem'. The daily activities and restaurants are good but I think the room itself is the basic of which the problem and technicians visits, really bother our holiday mood."
