“Un excelente lugar para quedarse, ubicado dentro de un complejo de campo de golf cerca de Xel Ha, Akumal, Aktun Chen y a 35 minutos de Tulum o Playa del Carmen. Ideal para una escapada en pareja o viaje familiar. Cuentan con cocina comunitaria para preparar el desayuno, hay supermercado cruzando la calle aunque recomendamos surtir la despensa en Tulum, de camino del aeropuerto. ”

“Le bandb est dans un quartier très populaire mais sans problème. La chambre est très simple et le petit déjeuner aussi. La décoration est très sympa. On est en immersion. Il faut une voiture pour se rendre au centre et à la plage de puerto morelos. Par contre c'est pas loin de la route principale qui va de cancun à playa del carmen. Il faut absolument mettre une pancarte devant l'établissement pour indiquer le nom de celui ci car on peut passer devant plusieurs fois devant sans le trouver. Il……

“Great getaway spot in the jungle! An eco oasis that is quiet and peaceful. Tulum is a short juant away by shuttle bus. Chemuyil the city nearby is also a cool small town. Owners and staff are friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was also top notch. Highly recommend if you want to be close to Tulum while also enjoying a quiet getawayGeeat internet if you need it. ”

“The property itself was very nice inside the unit, definitely off the beaten path but for the price we couldn’t have asked for more, friendly staff even with language barrier. Unfortunately the pool was being filled at time of arrival and not available until the following day. There was confusion with our booking as I had received confirmation from Expedia and that I could pay upon arrival at property, however when we arrived they said we didn’t have a reservation as payment was not processed……

“Muy razonable considerando la tarifa y ubicación del hospedaje. Pésima la señalización y la ubicación referencial en el mapa de la aplicación, casi abortamos pernoctar allí debido a que nos tomó casi 40 minutos estar rondando para dar con el lugar.”

“We loved our stay at Otonomus Tulum. The aparthotel is new and modern and tastefully decorated. We had our own private lounge pool, which was perfect to hop in for morning stretching or just to cool off. The main pool was awesome. We had it to ourselves most days/night. It's long and great for laps but also has a shalow end perfect for sitting around. They offer free bikes, and scooters and atv rentals...although we choose to walk...its 15min to the beach zone, which was perfect for us. The……

"This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room' or 'this is the general problem'. The daily activities and restaurants are good but I think the room itself is the basic of which the problem and technicians visits, really bother our holiday mood."
