「Beautiful resort. Lots of animals and the pools and water park were great. We loved the taco bar. Service was poor compared to other resorts. Late night food non existent. The little convenience store on the property was extremely over priced. 」

「The food, staff and overall experience was excellent. The hotel is very family oriented and our kids enjoyed the waterpark, pools and kids club. We found the rooms could use a bit of updating and some hallway noise was audible in our room. We found the pool lounger saving by the other guests annoying and wished that rule was enforced. However, these were minor issues and our stay was excellent overall.」

「The hotel was nice and clean. The food was delicious. Drinks and service were great. The pools were warm. The one downside for me was the beach. It is very small and rocky in the water. If you are a beach lover this is not the place for you. I did not know that this was a time share place, so there will be people trying to sell you a time share. You can say no to the meeting. 「This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room'...
