"This resort and its staff went above and beyond to ensure that my kids and I had an amazing first vacation together. It was so safe! The staff were extremely professional but also human. They were truthful, respectful but lively and fun. The food was AMAZING! The pools were so entertaining but peaceful at the same time. All facilities were so clean and for someone like me who pays close attention to cleanliness this resort/room/grounds were emasculate. So happy to choose Moon Palace for our stay. "

"Staff were very friendly and were always willing to help. Room was cleaned everyday and no sand leftover, fridge always stocked, good food. Spa was very good and we got amazing service. Cabana on the pricey side but food was amazing. More NA beer and NA selection would be nice. "

"The property is older and the furnishing is of an older style, but it’s very clean and well kept. Being an older resort, we had trouble finding enough plugs to charge our devices, but we just unplugged a few lamps. The property has one of the most beautiful views of the oceans I’ve had. The beach area is gorgeous. It’s located in the middle of everything, so easy walking if you want to explore. We only tried the buffet, Italian and America restaurants. My wife did not enjoy anything but breakfast, I actually thought the food was just ok. Overall, I would definitely return. It’s not common to have a resort that offers almost everyone a view log beauty. "
