「Noted Sons Birthday in booking and at check in but they didnt acknowledge it during the stay. Food was good...some staff seemed uninterested and were not quite as good as last time i was at this property. The overall experience was still good.」

Pros: nice grounds, quick bar service, several restaurants, Hotel Indigo roof top bar and pool is amazing (extra cost), very clean Cons: small buffet, adult only pool requires preferred status, swing bar closes early, lots of seaweed on beach」

「This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room'...

「I liked our vacation, I had a bit of a rocky start. I paid extra for a room that had a king size and a swim out and then I got there and they said there were none available. I had specifically chose that package to ensure a king bed and I was on my honeymoon and they did nothing to fix this. They let us know we could upgrade to have the perks of the hideaway adult only area but there was nothing they did to fix this issue and made us pay for the upgrade. It really put a damper on my first day of...
