“This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room'……

“This property is amazing! It has everything for every vacation! First time here and took the whole family, 4 of us, and had an amazing time! The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They work incredibly hard and diligently to make sure every guest feels welcome! The wife and I plan to go back just us next time to check out the Hideaway portion of the resort!”
