“(Stayed in Room 2) Firstly the food was absolutely fantastic! I mean wow, wow, wow. Devoured the lot! 5* for the food. We would happily come for dinner again and again. The room was pleasant, clean and the bath was lovely and spacious (could fit two SLIM people satisfactory). Loved the tea selection and mini fridge compliments as well! However, when you opened the cupboard with the ironing board, a smell of mouldy cheese comes wafting out (so I quickly closed that and moved swiftly on) we booked……

“I had a wonderful stay at the Great House. The room was well furnished with a great bathroom. The setting by the river at Sonning is very picturesque and the Coppa Club for breakfast and dinner works so well. ”

“An overall comfortable experience with good service, but suffered a few minor hiccups such as one elevator not working and keycard locks into the hotel not working as intended in the car park. Overall a decent stay.”
