“We have been coming here for years. #1 Reason is because Michael treats us like VIP'S, ALWAYS !!!! Is the reason we send so many friends and family there. Beautiful pool and jacuzzi, Unbelievable SUITES , View of the mountains, the lake and the trees are amazing. You see this view from everywhere. Yoga classes. Amazing activity room downstairs with pool tables, ping pong tables, lounges and more. GREAT GYM !”

“I had a wonderful experience at The Alder at Resorts World Catskills; it truly exceeded my expectations. The cleanliness and maintenance were exceptional, which made me feel very comfortable throughout my stay. Additionally, the atmosphere was soothing, away from the hustle and bustle of the casino but close enough to enjoy the fun whenever I wanted. “It's a lovely place, with a lot of old time charm. Room was clean, good size and nicely decorated. Loved the bathroom and the big mirror on the back of the door. And it had an electric fireplace, for ambiance. A for decor everywhere, including the dining igloos in the backyard. Thank you to all the staff for everything that you do to make this hotel a wonderful stay. ”
