“Granted my stay at the Roost was lovely and a great way to bring in the new year, I have been charged at least 4 times on multiple cards since my NYE stay. Speaking with management was synonymous to speaking to a wall. Every time they refund me for charging me twice, they charge me again. It has been the most cumbersome and unprofessional experience I’ve ever had in dealing with repeated transactions. “I stayed in the hotel with my family during Thanksgiving. It was wonderful. The hotel is clearly a nice choice! The rooms are not big, but nice and clean and cozy. The location is unbeatable. You can walk to Indepdence Hall, China Town, Macy's, the City Hall. Everything is closeby. And you can easily have a nice breakfast or lunch at Reading Terminal Market. Definitely recommend the hotel. I hope to have the chance of visiting Philly again and will definitely choose the hotel again. ”

“The area was nice, but i will say parking is terrible in that area. There’s a garage nearby that says it’s 24 hours but it isn’t… we drove around for ages to find parking when we got in around 1am so that was lame but the property itself was awesome.
