"I saw a scorpion on the floor of our room, the refrigerator make a lot noise and the room is very small."

"The pros are the hotel has great facilities for families, they have some really good slides for the kids, an arcade room, a Starbucks nearby and also car rental. There are two restaurants onsite and a few others within proximity. I also like the lobby area where they have a couple of tree swings, chess and some activities for the kids. That said, in terms of value, the room does not justify it. The bed was creaking, toilet is really small (you can’t even open the the door fully without swiping the mat on the floor), hot water not working well for the 2 nights we stayed in, temperature of the room can’t go below 20.5. And when the engineer attended the property, he couldn’t help with the issue and didn’t take off his shoes when he came in. Housekeeping did a good job in tidying up the room, unfortunately they only picked up the phone once out of the 4 times we called. All in all, for I felt the rooms definitely need a freshen up to charge the price. "
