“Finding the place was a bit of a chore with an evening arrival - more lighting is needed in the parking area, and also some signage on apartment numbers - at least we didn't see any signs and had to randomly go in doorways until we saw something we recognized fr the online instructions. Actual apartment was as expected, and communication with the manager was very responsive”

“True oceanfront with lanai. Wonderful pool / hot tub area and private entrance to beach. Room was clean and had everything we needed, plenty of dishes, utensils, cooking tools. Hope to come back!”

“Perfect condo for a week in Maui. Excellent location, quick walk to the pool/beach but up a bit so it was super quiet. Close to shops, bars, restaurants and grocery stores. Easy check-in/check-out process also! Will definitely stay here again! ”

“We stayed one night after being in Hana for a couple of nights. We were leaving for the airport the next morning and this fit the bill! Bonus points for the fantastically detailed directions on how to get to Mamas Beach for a little more ocean time! If you clean up after yourselves immediately with food and make sure everything is sealed up or put in the refrigerator, you won’t have those tiny bugs that are EVERYWHERE in Hawaii. Just use common sense! Make sure to use the beach gate code that……

“The room was great! My only issue was with the pool and tennis court. They are not easily accessible. My room was at the back of the property, but the only entrances to those areas were at the front of the property, with no signage to point the way. Other than that, great location, right near the beach! I look forward to returning.”

“This apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable trip. Parking was convenient, and the location was excellent, offering beautiful mountain views. The laundry room features new, modern machines available at a reasonable price. The kitchen is well-equipped and even includes an iron. The host was communicative and provided all the necessary details promptly..”

“The location is unique and worth the opportunity to be in nature with the ambiance to match it. The indoors is about the size of a standard hotel room. The outdoors is for cooking and relaxing with nice views and under the stars. We enjoyed our stay for the 2 nights we were there.”

Great facilities with an average room and service

"The pros are the hotel has great facilities for families, they have some really good slides for the kids, an arcade room, a Starbucks nearby and also car rental. There are two restaurants onsite and a few others within proximity. I also like the lobby area where they have a couple of tree swings, chess and some activities for the kids. That said, in terms of value, the room does not justify it. The bed was creaking, toilet is really small (you can’t even open the the door fully without swiping the mat on the floor), hot water not working well for the 2 nights we stayed in, temperature of the room can’t go below 20.5. And when the engineer attended the property, he couldn’t help with the issue and didn’t take off his shoes when he came in. Housekeeping did a good job in tidying up the room, unfortunately they only picked up the phone once out of the 4 times we called. All in all, for I felt the rooms definitely need a freshen up to charge the price. "
