“I like the service and the quality of this hotel when I need something they always gave me something right away and then the hotel is very less free and I could take a lot of pictures and look so pretty! The room in the hotel is pretty clean and I think you can do it better well if the carpet not black”

“I can not remember when we had a better experience at a hotel. Everyone we encountered smiled and was friendly and helpful. We mentioned it was our anniversary at check in and they upgraded our room for us. The hotel itself is beautiful and impeccably clean. The room was beautiful and spacious and the bed and bedding were cozy and comfortable. The valet team were so helpful and nice. We had dinner in the lounge in the hotel. Dinner and drinks were fantastic and the vibe was cozy and……

“職員態度一般，睡房比較暗，只有一盞床頭燈；但房間面積大，位置是在Nob Hill 山頂上，景觀開揚，交通尚算方便，酒店附近有 cable car 站， 可乘搭 cable car，但也要行一段約五分鐘的斜路才回到酒店；另外，附近也有一間大的藥房，行落兩條街，約行十分鐘，可以購買一些日常用品及小食。”
