"The property is in a great location, super close to the beach, shopping, and restaurants! However, the block of rooms we stayed at were definitely in need of upgrades. Our balcony door lock was broken so a hinge lock was installed instead to hold the door closed. It was fairly windy when we stayed and the wind shook our balcony door, so definitely keep in mind if you’re a light sleeper. The other guests in our party had a gap in their door so they heard wind whistling through their room. Besides...

"Traveled here by myself with my 15month old. Such a beautiful place. Staff was so great. Rooms were clean enough I was okay with my toddler rolling around on the floor. The lagoon was so perfect for my daughter. She loved it! My only con for others traveling with small children - the restaurants on site are not geared towards children. Very hard to find meals for toddlers! A stroller is an absolute must to get around the grounds. "

"I love the friendly staff specially Dante and Chito. I have my mom who is 90 years old and they help her nicely to get out and in to our van. Great pool and food option in the restaurant. I am not a member but because of my awesome experiences I become a member the day I check out. The only thing i would like to add is for them to check their floor ice vending machine. My entire days of stay at the hotel the machine is not working. I ask and told the front desk but it no one came to fix it....

"This was my first time in Hawaii and I’m so glad we stayed at the Prince Waikiki. The room was spacious, super clean and comfortable. The views were amazing! The staff was very helpful and friendly. The pool was smaller than I thought but still very nice. We were glad to be a little bit away from the busier areas of Waikiki but still walking distance and a couple mins. drive. We didn’t use their parking lot but found street parking in front of the hotel. Would definitely stay here again! "
