“Easy checking, comfortable bed, beautiful sites on the beach and pools with an easy fast checkout. ”

“Enjoyed the home like comfort of the suite. Walking to the beach was easy. Nice setting for the grouping of accommodations. The suite got a bit warm in the afternoon but we were usually out by then. Cooled down nicely in the evening though with all the air moving through the unit. The beach chairs and beach umbrella, although missing a spoke, was very nice for the beach. There was some traffic noise in the bedroom so had to keep the jalousie windows closed. It did die down early in the evening……

“What a fun find. Most of the rooms only have screened windows with no glass but the rooms are quite comfortable. It felt like a classic Hawaiian experience. The oven access was amazing. We saw a sea turtle while snorkeling in front of the property.”

“The most beautiful property in Koloa. Very quiet except for the sound of the crashing waves. You can see dolphins, turtles and whales from your lanai. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I’ve stayed here 3 times and have called this place my home in Kauai. It’s truly magical!”

“On the edge of the island and perched to see turtles daily. Also saw dolphins swimming! The space was nice and adequate for the 5 adults. Twin beds were hard and the parking was hit and miss on a steep driveway. Would definitely stay there again!”

“Great location. Clean and comfortable. Snorkelling is great on the beach and of course the turtles coming up every evening is amazing. We have tweens and location was great for us. No AC, but you adjust quickly. Open up at night and close up in the mid-morning.”

“The property was clean and very well maintained with a kitchen that had everything you need for a longer stay. The view from the lanai was superb, especially in the evening. A 5 minutes walk to poipu beach and 20 to shipwreck, also easy to get to the main highway if you need to head west. Really a great property, and I look forward to staying again when I'm back on the island!”

“Great location, a lovely walk to the beach to see the turtles at night and for sunsets. We had issues with noisy neighbors, could not get the TV cable to work and the pillows were really awful. There were cockroaches in the kitchen at night, maybe that is to be expected but it caused us not use the kitchen much at all. We were pleased to get help with the shower, it is not very intuitive and could use replacing of the handle. The flashlights had not working batteries, so we walked back at night……
