Unfortunately, although the host was responsive and sent a technician, the electric kitchenette didn't work, I was able to cook only once! This was very frustrating and inconvenient, considering this was the main reason for this booking. "

We had the security guard open the room for us every time (he was nice). When you check in the request you wear a bracelet. There is no other reason other than access to the hotel for the bracelet.
