"Yes, there’s construction. A lot of it. But that’s the only reason I’m giving the review 4 stars. The hotel was beautiful, clean, food was good, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. I would still recommend Hyatt Ziva to anyone and would return even if there was ongoing construction. You start to drown it out and did not impact our stay at all. As a side note - this hotel is in an area where you are not allowed to go into the ocean due to rough currents. You would have to...

"The property is nice. Pool areas are laid out well and beach access is great. Food at the buffet is good, restaurants are very good. Most of the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The tv in our room had terrible reception and the phone stopped working (which was inconvenient because when we went to the desk to ask for water to be delivered to our room we were told that we had to call for it. Twice we were told this. Good customer service would have had them deliver the water based on...
