“Beautiful hotel built from a gilded age mansion. Great staff, clean rooms, fantastic location! Only thing is we stayed during Christmas, so very busy. I think they should adopt the same rules at the Plaza, no one inside other than hotel guests. Way too many "non-guests" inside jamming up the place taking pics. ”

“During the afternoon nap, the attendant entered the room without knocking, prepared to check out, took out the wallet in the safe and found that five hundred dollars were missing! It's really scary.”

“I had an excellent stay at the NoMo SoHo. The property is beautiful, location is great and it smells amazing from the minute you enter the lobby. The lady that greeted us at check in was wonderful. We were able to check in early which was a bonus. We had the Crosby suite with 2 bathrooms. What a nice bonus for four in a room! They immediately stocked the bathrooms with extra towels to make sure we had plenty for our stay. I will definitely be back to stay at this lovely hotel. We had excellent……

“I liked that the hotel was different in its decor, almost historic. I enjoyed the large jetted tub. It was kind of erie going to the 19th floor lounge. It was a back stairwell off the elevator and it was very dark when we got up there. They claimed you could see the illumination light show of the falls which wasn’t true because the falls face Canada so you couldn’t see the lights unless you were on the Canadian side. ”
