“Had a one night stay booked, as we had an evening wedding reception to go to nearby. We arrived early as we wanted to have a relaxing lunch and not have to rush. Easy access off the A505, ample parking. Had a delicious lunch from a varied menu, quiet, but a lovely friendly atmosphere. Staff were fantastic, very attentive. “The Old Red Lion Inn was great for my two night visit to the area. I arrived in Cambridge by train and chose to stay at the Old Red Lion as it was on a good bus route to Haverhill.
