I love to go sightseeing with my family members and I have stayed in countless hotels. I do not use to write negative feedback but my experience with this hotel is the worst among all, making me to feel that I have to write something.
First of all, the receiptionist was impolite and even rude. I was told that there was a charge for the carpark. When I tried to ask the fee for parking, I could not understand why I gave the impression to the receptionist that I did not want to pay the fee. She mocked at me in a way that I could not pay. As a solicitor, I think I did never intend to evade my liability of whatever nature.
Second, I rented a family room. It was a nice room but located at the 4th floor, Seeing that we have 7 baggage, she just directed me, cooly, that to take them upstairs.
She told me the time for breakfast. Because her English has a thick foreign accent, I could not hear clearly. When I tried to clarify the time but it seemed to me that she did not even want to talk to me. Or perhaps Icould not understand her English for the first time, she felt she had no responsibility to clarify.
When my daughter came to the reception and wanted to ask if there was a lift to go up to the 4th Floor, before she could finish her sentence, the receptionist bluntly stopped her and shouted no.
I am aggrieved by the receptionist. Although my room is good and the breakfast is satisfactory, I am sure I would not stay at this hotel again.
