“For the price they charge me, this place is not worthing living at all. The first night I was put in a room where I can hear the noise on the st all night long. And around five am during my first night, I was woke up by the sound of the alarm. And again, at 6 am or so. The nest day they put me in another room, where honestly, is a lot quieter. Then again, everything else is very much way below expectation. Their bed is very uncomfortable, not just the mattress but also the sheets. Their house……

“Everything about the Rittenhouse is five star. Great staff, beautiful decor, huge room, giant soaker tub, best location in Philly. We enjoyed it so much that we stayed an extra night. Definitely the best hotel I have been to in Philly.”
