“Quite possibly the most bizarre hotel experience I have ever had. We pulled into the car park and we’re told the hotel had been taken over by the council and and the rooms including the one we had book were taken. I still have no further understanding to what happened. We didn’t stay. We didn’t even get through the door. The has been no way to contact the hotel or hotels.com to get a refund. ”
