“I almost lost my bag. In the end my coat was stranded at the hotel. I chose not to have my coat because I had a flight to catch. The service staff changed a few times, but none of them satisfied me. The room was clean and comfortable enough but lacked simple things like no door holder to bring luggage in and out and the carpet tiles outside in the hall were coming up and missing . Not a deal breaker but not something I'd expect for a room at that cost. Overall it was not a bad experience but I would probably forgo staying here for something cheaper and just as good of quality.”
