“I had called Red Awning and left an extensive complaint. The wand to open and close the blinds was missing. My husband had to use his hands to do that. There were no tissues anywhere in the cabin. There were no directions anywhere for the ceiling fan. We finally figured out there was a remote left on one of the night tables for it. “We had a wonderful time during our stay at Whispering Creek B&B. Cheryl prepared an excellent breakfast for us each morning and helped us with planning our activities for the day. Her 10 years of experience with the area coupled with the ability to determine our interests and limitations allowed her to provide excellent advice. The location is about a 10 minute walk from the tourist district where parking can be a challenge. We kept the car parked at the B&B and avoided the parking aggravations.……

“When we arrived we were offered a unit with no view. I went back to the front desk and explained that I booked this particular property because of the amazing views of red rocks, Aiden, at the front desk went out of her way to move us to a unit with a stunning view of the red rocks. She was efficient and charming. Thank you! ”
