“Amazing stay. Have visited Sedona for over 25 years and usually would pick a time-share as they have better option'd accommodations (more condo vs. hotel). That said - Las Posadas was one of the top stays I've had in Sedona. The staff was super accommodating and helpful. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable. “While the place is comfortable, quiet and cute-the management company is absymal. Failed to send entry codes-didn’t tell cleaning staff we were arriving so they had to clean the whole Casita while we waited. “The property management company is terrible. They send me a rental agreement to sign 3 times. It was the exact same rental agreement. They quoted me 3 different pet fees but charged me a completely different price than the first 3 prices they emailed me. They require a damage deposit through SuperHog which is not stated in the listing and that was twice the price I paid for a short 2 night stay. Then they kept saying they sent me check-in instructions even though they hadn’t. All my grievances……
