“We love the ease of this property during Grandma Marathon. The early shuttle and breakfast is a plus for the runners.”

“The location is great. The breakfast is outstanding. There was one hook behind the door in the bathroom, so nowhere to hang towels--even the hand towel. The room was billed as a suite with kitchenette, which it did not have. A microwave and fridge is not a kitchenette. The pool is small, but includes two hot tubs. The view was great. We could see ships from the room window.”

“A clean, quiet and comfortable hotel conveniently located in Canal Park. Within easy walking distance of several restaurants and shops. My wife and I stayed 3 nights, and one shortcoming was that housekeeping never came by during our stay. ”

“I was really impressed with our stay. We booked during a busy weekend (Grandmas Marathon) so we didn’t have many options for hotel availability. Before arriving I was expecting to be disappointed, however the hotel exceeded my expectations! Clean, quiet, comfortable, with great staff. Room had a mini fridge and microwave which is nice since a lot of hotels are starting to only have microwaves in the lobby. Will definitely stay here again next time we are in Duluth. If you book here you won’t be……

“Nice room, very nice staff. The hotel is really set up to enter and exit in your car, other than the skyways. Leaving to walk to a restaurant felt a little ominous. Super expensive! I thought I was booking 2 nights, but the price was just for one!! I would not have spent that much $ intentionally.”
