“We brought our families together for a UMD reunion and the house was perfect! We had plenty of space for our group. We loved the location of feeling separate, but yet fairly close to everything. The owners seem to be making enhancements that will make it even better. There was plenty of games, cooking utensils, dishes, etc. Entire process was smooth. We'll be back!”

“Duluth is cold in January... duh!! This place was cozy for sure. It's location is absolutely the best, but in January we weren't outside much. We came to Duluth for a wedding and had several individual needs and a large group (6 adults and two dogs). This place was perfect and allowed for us all to have our own space. Bill was available for all questions too. Games on-site and that helped to make a fabulous weekend.”

“We really enjoyed the space. The younger people enjoyed the pin ball machine, the sauna, and the hot tub. My husband and I appreciated the kitchen and two refrigerators. Plenty of space to cook and make family meals. We also enjoyed the ample seating as card games were able to include everyone easily at the same table. Nice large dining room table to seat at least ten, maybe even 12 depending on ages.”
