“這家旅館座落在絕佳的多瑙河畔，河景房窗台可以觀賞對岸國會大廈日夜美景，讓人難以忘懷。早餐豐盛、美味。以觀光旅客而言這是兩大美好享受。 但是，深色昏暗的接待大廳、拘謹的接待人員，讓人入住時缺乏溫馨親切感。房間設計平庸遜色，設施老舊：金屬床架滋滋作響、枕頭棉被品質不佳、空調噪音大且溫空不穩、浴室熱水水壓不足、擋水玻璃不擋水（擋水條剝落）、地磚地毯磨損污漬，許多缺失都讓人住宿、睡眠經驗很差。 這旅館先天條件極佳，但是迫切需要專業人員管理，以及設計特色與設備改善。”

“The hotel is beautiful. I paid a little extra for spa access and was able to enjoy the pool and the jacuzzi. The rooms are clean, and comfortable but the carpet, and crown molding need a little updating. Overall, I love this hotel, and would stay there again. The staff members were very nice, and extremely helpful, and professional. ”

“The room is neat and tidy. The location is very convenient and there are post office and supermarket nearby and the train station is within walkable distance. The service was good and the breakfast was very crowded. ”

“Overall great value, good location (albeit lacks food options) but close to belvedere garden, the basic room lacks any type of view but good size and cleanliness. Overall great option especially if you are going to take the train since it's quite close to the train station and also downtown.”
