"Check in was a bit complicated since no one around. I had to call the help line to activate a key card. I was receiving emails prior in German which I didn’t understand. The person on the phone spoke English so that was great. The apartment was fantastic! Very clean, new and had a full kitchen. The gym and party room was also very new. "The hotel is advertised as having AC, this was a key element in my decision to book this hotel. Apparently they turn it off when it gets cold, according to them and other guests should just open the windows. We were promised that the hotel manager would contact us as we complained about it. That was on Saturday and we checked out on Monday. I have yet to hear back from her or anyone in the property. The receptionist offered us another room where they opened the windows.
