“The apartment is new, spacious and super clean. Two of the bedrooms and the balcony are facing the endless coastline of Kirra Beach. The beach has children’s playground and jogging tracks. Plenty of restaurants are nearby. So there is no need to worry about breakfast and dinner. The room service clean up daily and make up of beds was done in one of our 3 night stay. However, they forgot to replenish our laundry powder in one of the day. We cannot get back the laundry powder at night……

“Although this property is pretty far from major tourist destinations in Gold Coast (~1 hour by bus/train to the theme parks and Surfers Paradise), we still love its location because it's quiet and peaceful. It's close to bus stops that would take you to the nearest train station (Nerang). The staff were also accommodating. “The hotel is located near the airport. You can drive for around 10 mins to access. Petrol station is driving for around 15 mins. The room is spacious. The hotel does not provide cleaning service unless you pay extra charges. You have to clear the garbage by yourself. However if you are staying for over 7 days, once cleaning service will be provided. There is swimming pool and gym room, good for spending time and relaxing. It is surrounded by restaurants, cafes and 2 supermarkets. All are closed……

“We were in room 3 on the ground floor. Spacious. We loved the room. BUT the AC did not work and they never got it fixed. They admitted that it had not been working and they knew that when we checked in. We were not happy. It was very hot On the last day she brought us a fan. Might have been nice to have supplied a fan when we checked in and maybe given us a discount. We would not have booked here if we had known there was no AC!”
