“Great location and accommodation. Would have been good to have enough bin bags and dishwashing tablets for length of stay but apart from that would recommend this to anyone. Communication from host was prompt. Would definitely stay there again. ”

“We were unfortunately caught up in the tail end of the cyclone which meant we were not able to use all of the nights we booked for and we are not eligible to receive a refund for what we were not able to use however the communication from the host was exceptional. Due to the situation we were in the host communicated with us regarding accessing the property post cyclone and also provided a general overview of accessing the area and what issues we might encounter. “We loved staying in this house. It was perfect for our family of 6 and my parents. Great amenities and so much space. Were certainly quite a few broken things when we arrive such as the back screen door, the hot tub was empty with stagnant water in it, cuts in the felt of the pool table and broken screens in the deck area. But these were not things that affected our stay so we weren’t concerned. With some TLC this house could be amazing, but we still had a great time anyway. The cows in the……

“This property was everything I hoped from a Gold Coast holiday home. The property was immaculate spacious and lovely to be in. Location couldn’t have been better. Quiet street but still close to everything, Highly recommend this property ”

“We love the caretaker cottage. It has everything you want. A step up into ensuite can be an issue. Also a lip in the bedroom doorway can be tricky if one is not paying attention. ”

“The house and facilities were excellent. Large pool and central air-conditioning kept everyone cool in the Xmas heat. The master bedroom is huge with ensuite and walk- through wardrobe. The location is close to golf courses, Broadbeach, restaurants and shops but doesn’t have the hustle and bustle of the crowded coastal fringe. ”
