“Great location and price. It was our second stay to float the Spring and find manatees. Hotel lobby was clean, welcoming, and provided lots of information and activities about the town. We stayed in the room with a kitchenette. The beds were uncomfortable and noisy and the kitchenette is not fully stocked with basics for cooking and cleaning. Hot tub was not working. ”

“We were greeted at the counter by a woman who said she doesn't even work at the hotel, and then we were told she couldn't accept our online reservation. The hotel owner refused to give us a room unless we paid by the day, so he could get the non-discounted pay. We decided to leave and take our chances on finding a hotel last minute - during the peak of scalloping season and the weekend before the 4th of July.
