「We enjoyed our 1-night stay at The Plantation Resort. Staff was very nice and helpful. The pool was relaxing and the bar Manager, Shelly, poured delicious margaritas! Shelly was super sweet. We loved swimming with the manatees in Crystal River and we hope the staff is safe from the recent hurricane. This is an older property, but our room and bathroom was clean, had a mini-fridge, and we ate a delicious breakfast the next day on property. 」

「Booked a D&J Properties reservation through Hotels.com for a trip in April. A few days before my stay, I received a message directly to me (not on Hotels.com) that the location is not available. After many texts, they sent me credit since the new location was inferior. They sent a screenshot of the reservation. I had no way to verify, access or confirm that reservation. 「We had an excellent stay and couldn't have been happier. The house was very clean and very well appointed. The owner was so friendly with excellent communication. He was also very flexible with us, as we were evacuating our beach town for Hurricane Milton. So many things were up in the air, and this was a wonderful place to ride out the storm. 「We didn’t get the house we originally paid for, the house stunk , had a spiral staircase, one of the doors didn’t lock, the bedrooms only had a lamp, also the electrical outlets were a little scary. The downstairs bathroom did not have a doorknob.We stayed here only because this was the second time of a rental company switching houses on us in this area. Not a pleasant experience during Christmas break.」

「Wonderful owners amazing little place.」

「This was a great little property for our stay in Homosassa. My only issue was that the pool was not private, it was shared with another residence attached to it. I enjoy complete privacy when I travel and felt uncomfortable with the idea of lounging by the pool to relax. It was January, so I wouldn't have anyway, but had it been warm enough I would not have been comfortable enough to do so. If that doesn't bother you, then I highly recommened it. 」

「Had no AC working and it was 81 degrees in the house. Talked to owners who were very helpful and sent over their maintenance man immediately. Unfortunately at no fault of theirs, it just wouldn’t work so had to go find another place to stay. It looked like a quiet area to stay. 」

「The home was very clean, well stocked, and in a beautifully quiet neighborhood. It was 5 minutes from where we needed to be, so it was perfect for our stay. The GPS takes you to a different address (likely due to new construction), but they sent coordinates in advance to ensure the home was located easily. We have definitely saved this location for future trips. Would absolutely stay again. 」
