“The staff are very enthusiastic, and both the bar and the restaurant are quite good. However, the sound insulation of the windows is very poor, so the sound of the subway outside is very clear. Additionally, the noise from the heating in the room is also quite loud. ”

“The Kinzie was a great find of a hotel. It was centrally located in the River North area with endless restaraunts around. Also within walking distance of many sights, or a quick subway ride from many others. The hotel was clean. The bathroom was definitely showing its age but again, clean. The included breakfast and happy hour were great perks included in the reasonable resort fee. I would definitely stay here again. ”
