“We enjoyed our stay in this unique first floor unit. Kim and company were fine and friendly hosts. The unit was well stocked with nice supplies, and we could tell that thought was put into the furnishing and renovations. There was also an interesting collection of solid old furniture that added to the character of the place. I don't know what sort of sheets they put on the bed, but they were *so* comfortable! One downside was the lack of sound-proofing. Noise definitely carried from people……

“This is a wonderful historic house in Old Town Winchester. The house is a duplex and is very room. It has the charm of a historic house, but modern amenities. It is very comfortable and check-in was extremely easy (we ended up arriving much later than we had planned, but had no problems accessing the house). The location is absolutely perfect, especially if you want to be in walking distance to all of the cute shops, cafes, and restaurants in the area. Our trip was very fast. We were in town……

“The room itself was great. Clean, large and modern. 2 couples would be very comfortable. There was washer and dryer in the room. Need to make Check-in a little easier outside normal business hours. The building I was in had a terrible odor in the hall ways. Not sure if it was a cleaning chemical or pestacide, but the odor was strong all week. Did not seep into the room too much. If you need dark to sleep make sure your windows are on the side of the parking lot. ”

“For a new listing to VRBO, the property did not meet our expectations. Check in time on app was incorrect delaying our activities. Communication with owner was delay and resulted in conversation with VRBO. Pictures of apartment were not accurate to the unit. The property is in a "Corporate Apartment" complex but apartment is nowhere near the standards of a corporate apartment. The cable remote didn't work. TV in bedroom was plugged in but no cable hook up. Windowsill and door frame damaged by……

“Pam was an amazing host who made us feel at home right from the get-go. This cozy studio above the garage (separate building) on a working farm was quiet and comfortable, made all the moreso by the wonderful people who run it. We enjoyed being there on a farm tour weekend, with the added benefit of a farm stand on site! We look forward to enjoying the honey and produce that we brought back with us… and even moreso, to our next stay. Thanks again!!”
