“Decently maintained older hotel. The service was good and the clerks were helpful. Our room was large, clean, and overall our stay was pleasant. My only complaint is the bed was very firm, however I slept well. We were delighted that this hotel had a microwave/refrigerator available, as those amenities are extremely difficult to find anymore, and we need them for special dietary restriction reasons. The on-site parking was a huge plus, and the rate was very reasonable for downtown Chicago. This……

“The house keeping did not even sanitize the toilet. They did not flush the toilet! The bedding was dirty too. Someone’s hair was on the bedding.”

“The propery is nice and off the main road. The first room i was given was ground level. Make sure you always check the windows on ground floor rooms. The first room had a giant window that didnt lock and the screen was pulled away from the frame. No. Asked for different room on second floor and all was well. Watch put for room 121! Also...no elevator to second floor”
