“Lovely hotel ”

“The staff slow as like a turtle, wait there already 30 minutes, but still need to wait for another 10 minutes. Every time I go to the reception, always have a long queue and just a few staff there and one of the staff is really SLOWWW , really can't understand why a hotel can have that slowly hospitality and even pride and prejudice”

“Family with 2 children stay for 2 nights. Owners are not on site so ring you the day of checking in to find out roughly what time you will be there to meet you. Car park is extremely small so get everything out before parking up. You have to leave your room number and phone number so people can ring you if they need to get there car out. Code is given to enter the apartment building. Key for your room door. CCTV seemed to be everywhere in all hall ways so that’s good. Lovely little place with……

“We have stayed at the Headlands Hotel, Blackpool on several occasions in the past and have always enjoyed going there. This time we stayed for 2 nights, mid-week in September to visit the illuminations and the Tower Circus. Once again, we were very pleased with the Headlands, great breakfasts and evening meals on both days. We had a double, sea facing room on the second floor which, as always, was spotlessly clean.
