"The staff where very nice and very polite. The hotel was clean. What I didn't like was that it is now contactless payments for everything in hotel. Also it was cold in the bar and only had plain crisps which are very expensive. Also limited bottle of beers which where not very cold."

"Most staff were friendly although the receptionist on shift Sat morning found it hard to speak in a friendly manner. She made it hard for the guests who were asking questions. We were sitting in reception for an hour waiting for the room as it was really busy in the bar due to the match so watched a few guests asking for advice etc - I thought she was very lucky that most of the guests didn’t react to her tone etc. "

"Gabrielles is a very friendly place to stay. This was our second time and we booked the suite which had a separate room with a tele and settee. The room was brilliantly decorated in a circus theme. Our bed was comfy and clean. It had lots of little extras in it such as makeup remover, cotton wool and bathrobes. You get hot chocolate as well as tea and coffee with little marshmallows. "Just back from a 3 night stay. Property has so many positives. Modern, well equipped with everything we needed, immaculate and clean. We were able to walk to all the attractions, so close but quiet at same time. Comfy bed, plenty space, good storage and we could even park on the street right outside.
