"A lovely property! Leigh and Sue are wonderful hosts, so kind and helpful. Me and my son had a fantastic stay, the room was comfy and clean and location of the property is excellent, just a 2min walk to the beach with Sandcastle and Pleasure Beach also less than 10 mins walk. "The room we had was basic but had a ensuite To check in was a bit slow with only 2 persons on reception and it was busy. Breakfast was a buffet and was brilliant and tasty Overall a nice stay "

"Fabulous apartment in an ideal location. Stone’s throw from the Pleasure Beach & South Pier, tram stop & a great Wetherspoons just round the corner for breakfast. Owner was fantastic, really friendly & helpful (even arranged great weather for us!). A real home from home with everything you need & we’d absolutely recommend. If & when we visit Blackpool again we'll definitely return here. Thank you! 👍"

"Owner Geoff was very welcoming to us and he has a good approach to customer service, the breakfast is very good and of good quality and it's a buffet so you can have as much as you like which makes this a good value stay Location is about 6 - 7 walk to the pleasure beach and sandcastle waterpark and the tram stop is close by to meaning you don't have to bring your car here which saves in car parking Next time we are in Blackpool it's an easy decision to come back to this hotel"
